What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts in close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, reducing biases and optimizing stock levels.
- Manage inventory to avoid overstock or stockouts while ensuring products are available to customers.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline processes and enhance forecasting tools.
- Analyze sales trends and historical demand data to create accurate predictions.
- Lead monthly demand meetings to review forecasts and improve the reliability of demand planning.
- Handle risk mitigation and resolve unexpected issues by communicating with internal teams.
